ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.564 of 2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the 2nd respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one (1) month.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.564 of 2018 within a period of one (1) month from today.
