This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.82 of 2024 within a period of two (2) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
