RNA amendment to enable the plaintiff to be represented by its current Authorized Signatory D.Teddy Joshua.

2. Considering the fact that the Authorized Signatory through whom the plaint was presented is no longer in the services of the plaintiff, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendments in the cause title on or before 27.02.2026. A copy of the amended plaint shall be served on the defendant within a week therefrom.

3. List the suit on 04.03.2026 for parties to file a revised common proposed schedule for recording evidence.
