This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.10(d) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.16876 of 2025, dated 18.07.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Tirumangalam on every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner herein has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.10(d) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.16876 of 2025, dated 18.07.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
