ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31204 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025.

Earlier this Court had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31204 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025, subject to certain conditions. One such condition imposed in paragraph 6 (b) of the order was that the petitioner shall stay at Krishnagiri Town Police Station and report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is residing at Mayiladuthurai District and therefore, he may be directed to appear either before the respondent police or before the concerned Magistrate Court. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 31204 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the view that the reason stated by the petitioner is not acceptable. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition deserves to be dismissed.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 09.12.2025 drl 2/4
