This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 491 days in filing application to restore Crl.O.P.No.11040 of 2024, which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 26.06.2024 by this Court.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on his behalf.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 491 days in filing application to restore Crl.O.P.No.11040 of 2024 is condoned.
