ORDER

Earlier this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) to the account of his wife viz., Hina Kowsar, within a period of one week in Crl.O.P.Nos.25295 & 25296 of 2025 by order dated 14.11.2025.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not having any bank account. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- [Rupees Five Lakh Only] to the credit of Crime No. 35 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
