ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 and to include the petitioners name in the promotion order issued by the 2 nd respondent vide D.O.No.536/2025 C.No.A1(3)/16225/2025 dated 19.06.2025 within a time framed as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 within a specified time.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the
respondents would submit that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.
4. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
