This petition is filed to condone the delay of 416 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.M.Keerthika, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served upon the respondents and the names and addresses having been show in the cause list, none appears for the respondents.

The delay is 416 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 416 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
