ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.Mp.No.17641/2024 in Crl.OP.No.26803 of 2024 order dated 12.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first saturday at 10.30 a.m of

every month, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.Mp.No.17641/2024 in Crl.OP.No.26803 of 2024 order dated 12.12.2024, in para No.3 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
