This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 132 days in paying the deficit Court fees of Rs.35,19,735/- in preferring the appeal.

2.Taking note of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay, in payment of deficit Court fees, is condoned.
