ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 therein to consider the petitioners representation dated 03.11.2025 and consequently pass suitable orders as per law, after affording reasonable opportunities to the petitioner by way of Personal hearing to be attended by their representatives / Advocates.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is doing service for attaining solution by way of bringing the proper request of the schedule caste people dwelling in the Puducherry State to the Government. In such circumstances, one Gopinath who is working as Assistant Manager in the Account Section, PADCO Enterprise and belongs to Reddiyar Community. He has concealed his original community and obtained bogus community certificate as it Vanniyar Caste and has joined as the junior accountant in the aforesaid PADCO Enterprises office. Over the issue, the petitioner has made many complaints to the Government and the same is kept pending without taking any action. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
