ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time for a further period of one month to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16522 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.NO.11860 of 2025, dated 03.09.2025.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a final report before the Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai, on 28.01.2026, which was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2026. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of above submission and endorsement made by the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
