ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 22.03.2025, pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's appeal is directed to be disposed of, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

Accordingly, the appeal dated 22.03.2025 filed by the petitioner, which is pending on the file of the respondent is directed to be disposed of by the respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
