ORDER

Today, the matter was listed under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2.When the matter was taken up on 15.12.2025, this Court, while disposing of this petition by quashing the First Information Report pending against the petitioners in Crime No.28 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police viz.,Inspector of Police, D6 Anna Square Police Station at Chennai, directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- jointly (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as costs to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority (TNSLSA), High Court Campus, Chennai 600 104, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and directed the Registry to list the matter today (02.01.2026) for reporting compliance.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have complied with the order passed by this Court on 15.12.2025 and also produced the Memo of Compliance to that effect. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the compliance is recorded and no further 2/ 4

orders are required. The Memo of Compliance shall form part of the records.
