This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 03.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3764 of 2025 by the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has complied with the order by redepositing the amount and has also filed a memo to that effect on the Court record.

4.In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is unable to attribute any wilful negligence or wanton disobedience on the part of the respondent.
