ORDER

In compliance of the statutory notice issued, Thiru.S.Kannappan, Director of School Education, Chennai, Thiru.Jayakumar, Joint Director of School Education (Vocational) Chennai, Ms.Sathyabama Chief Educational officer (In Charge) Chennai District are present before this court.

2. A copy of the Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.17 School Education (Pa.Ka.(1) Department dated 26.02.2026 had been forwarded in compliance of the directions of this court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that further proceedings will have to be initiated in accordance with the Government Order and appropriate orders need to be passed.

4. However, the contempt petition need not kept pending for the said purpose and hence, it is closed. Consequently, the Sub Application is also closed.
