ORDER
The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying and having committed contempt of the order dated 09.10.2025 made in W.P.No. 38322 of 2025.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent / University would submit that the order of this Court passed in W.P.No. 38322 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025, has since been complied with and the order of the University dated 05.12.2025 is also placed on record.

As a matter of fact, it is submitted that the photocopy is now being served on the learned counsel who is receiving across the Court. 4.
The learned counsel for the contempt petitioner would also submit that let the originals be served on the petitioner so that it would be clear as to on what date they received the order.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent / university has no objection and submits that the original order will be duly served on the contempt petitioner.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub-Application No.1338 of 2025 stands closed.
