ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.09.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 275 and 123 of BNS read with Section 24(1) of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Crime No.513 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. This is the third successive bail application of the petitioner and the earlier bail applications of the petitioner were dismissed by this Court, vide orders dated 17.10.2025 and 10.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.Nos.28506 and 30160 of 2025, respectively, on the ground that the petitioner herein has seven previous cases.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made, the nature of offence, the previous antecedents of the petitioner herein, the fact that this petition is filed without any change in circumstances, after dismissal of the earlier bail application of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30160 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 2/4
