ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed, challenging the order passed by the Trial Court, effecting attachment of the property of the petitioner, pursuant to the order of attachment passed on 06.08.2025.
2. It is seen from the typed set of papers that the petitioner has not challenged the order of attachment passed against him on 06.08.2025. Pursuant to the said order, the respondent/plaintiff filed batta and attachment has been effected by the impugned order. The petitioner filed a memo seeking to set aside the said order and the same was dismissed by the court below stating that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of attachment dated 06.08.2025, he has to challenge the same in the manner known to law. The petitioner is not entitled to challenge the consequential order effecting attachment, without challenging original order of attachment. Hence, I do not find any error in the impugned order passed by the Trial Court. 2/4
3. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.01.2026 Internet : Yes Index : Yes / No MST To The Special Subordinate Judge, Vellore.
