ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue individual patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and also demarcate the land of the petitioner by issuing a correct FMB sketch within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had given representations on 02.01.2023 and 21.07.2025 for the aforesaid dates. Since the said representations have not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent as well as any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to

be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 02.01.2023 and 21.07.2025, seeking for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner and for demarcation of his property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of correct FMB sketch, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent as well as any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire.
