Grievance of the petitioners is that during the month of May 2025, when some students approached banks for educational loans, it came to light that the 11th respondent was neither affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University nor approved by the competent councils for conducting paramedical

course. When the petitioners and other students confronted the same to the 11th respondent, they refused to reveal any details regarding necessary approvals or affiliations and they came to know that it is affiliated to the 5th respondent and representation was sent to the 8th respondent on 14.07.2025. Since the 8th respondent failed to take any action, a further representation dated 11.09.2025 was submitted by the All India Student Federation to the 6th respondent herein. The 6th respondent thereafter issued a reply dated 30.09.2025 stating that the respondents 8 to 10 are the competent authorities to take appropriate action. However, till date no action has been taken against respondent No.11 by the respondents 6 to 10 and hence, the present writ petition.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials on record.

This Court, vide order dated 06.04.2026, directed the 11th respondent to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the respective petitioners except the 10th petitioner on or before 10.04.2026 through RTGS and in compliance of the same, a memo dated 15.04.2026 was filed by the 11th respondent before this Court stating that a sum of Rs.50,000/- has been remitted by way of RTGS to each of the respective petitioner's bank account on 09.04.2026 and the proof of payment receipt has also been enclosed and original certificates were also returned to the petitioners.

4. In the light of the above and recording the compliance memo filed by the 11th respondent, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 15-04-2026 Index: Yes/No (2/2) Speaking/Non-speaking order SSB To
