This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time for depositing the amount of Rs.75,000/- as directed by this Court in the Order dated 31.10.2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2201 of 2025. Page No.1 of 3

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to severe and compelling financial hardship, he was not able to deposit the amount in time; and that non compliance of the conditional Order of this Court is neither deliberate nor willful; and that time may be extended for a further period of two weeks to comply the Order of this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is Ordered and the petitioner is granted a further period of two weeks from today, to deposit the amount as directed by this Court.
