,2. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that the plaintiffs were under the misconception that the name of the defendant was M/s.DEC Infrastructure, whereas, the defendant filed a written statement disclosing the correct name.

3. Learned counsel for the defendant concurs that the correct name is M/s.D.E.C. Infrastructure and Project (India) Private Limited. Learned counsel for the defendant, however, submits that the allegations in the affidavit in support of this application are denied. All contentions are left open in this regard.
