This Habeas Corpus Petition is allowed and the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in C.No.179/G/IS/2025, dated 29.10.2025, is hereby set aside.

2. The detenu, viz., K.Sridhar Panigrahi, S/o. Karunakar Panigrahi, aged 35 years, now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore, is directed to be set at liberty forthwith, unless his presence is required in connection with any other case.
