Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 24-05-2024 made in OC No.2142/2024 passed by the 1st Respondent, quash the same and

consequently direct the second respondent to accept the fixed deposit of the amount that may be determined by this Court as a substitute to the attached properties and further direct the respondents to forthwith release and return the petitioners' attached properties.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority in accordance with law.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WPMP Crl.No.219 of 2026 is closed. WPMP Crl.No.221 of 2026 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed and disposed of.
