ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 30.06.2025 pending on the file of the first respondent. The petitioner, aggrieved by the order of the second respondent, has preferred the aforesaid appeal before the first respondent.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 30.06.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal and pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 30.06.2025, on merits and in accordance with law
