ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for cancellation of patta, which according to the petitioner, was erroneously issued in favour of one Kalyani and others for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Hence, he seeks cancellation of the same through her representation dated 22.09.2025. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the persons in whose name presently the patta has been issued and also any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
