In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the property measuring 3866 sq.ft. comprised in Survey No.239/6, Suguna Colony, Zamin Pallavaram, and that she is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same. It is her further case that the counter parties demolished the wall belonging to her property and threatened her. Therefore, she made a representation dated 17.08.2025, pursuant to which, a CSR came to be registered in C.S.R.No.872 of 2025. However, despite a 2/5

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had earlier given a complaint on 17.08.2025, based on which, an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.872/2025. While so, the petitioner made a further representation on 19.08.2025. Both the representations were duly considered and upon finding that the dispute was civil in nature and based on the submission of the petitioner that she would approach the civil court, the enquiry was closed on 23.08.2025. He further submitted that if any law and order problem arises, the second respondent Police would take appropriate action.
