ORDER

The revision challenges the dismissal of the petitioner's application in Crl.M.P.No.2847 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate - II, Chengalpattu, Page No.1 of 3

for the return of cash of Rs.5,16,961/-, which the petitioner had lost due to an online fraud committed by the accused.

2. The learned Magistrate dismissed the said application on the sole ground that the petitioner's application was earlier dismissed on 23.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2662 of 2025 and therefore, a second application for the very same relief cannot be entertained. This Court finds no infirmity in the said order of the learned Magistrate. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23.10.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2662 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, if she is so advised. 12.12.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order Mac SUNDER MOHAN, J.
