O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN J.) This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent-Police to produce the petitioner's husband, S.Selvaraj, S/o.Samidurai, aged 49 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner, her husband had been missing since 24.11.2025 and a case had been registered in Crime No.163 of 2025 for "Man Missing".

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had addressed a letter to the respondents-Police on 01.12.2025 stating that her husband S.Selvaraj, S/o.Samidurai, aged 49 years, had returned home voluntarily and therefore, she requested closure of the complaint. The said submission was accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
