ORDER

This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment passed by the Arbitral Tribunal in I.A.No.50 of 2019 dated 24.10.2019.

2. Heard Ms.M.Varshini, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the matter got settled between the parties and therefore, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in raising the order of attachment.

4. In the light of the above submission, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5. This order shall be communicated to the concerned SubRegistrar office to make appropriate entry in the encumbrance certificate. 09.12.2025 mp 2/3
