ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of the Plants and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner for the e-tender notice issued by the 1st respondent vide No.51/2025-2026/HDO dated 18.11.2025.
2. The case of the petitioner is that in order to participate in the tender for widening and strengthening of the Government Roads in Attur(H) C & M Sub Division (SLM-37), he has to obtain Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries certificate from the concerned Divisional Engineer, Highways Department. Though he has filed an application on 27.11.2025 till now the certificate has not been given. Hence, seeks a direction.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instruction, would submit that the petitioner's application is in progress. The contractor registration certificate and the registration renewal certificate were not produced with the application and hence, they have requested .petitioner to produce those documents. If those documents are produced, Work Site Inspection Certificate and working Conditions of the Plants and Machinery Certificate will be issued to the petitioner on or before 05.12.2025.
4. The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.
5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall produce the documents as sought by the respondent. On such production, the respondent shall issue the certificates as undertaken before this court.
