ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed before this Court as the application for stay has remained pending and the case has now been adjourned to 05.01.2026.

2. Taking into consideration the nature of urgency alleged before this Court and that no order for taking possession has been passed by the Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending, however, would direct the Tribunal to decide the stay application as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
