This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 and to take necessary action to relocate the transformer situated in front of the petitioner's plot in 23A, V.O.C. Street, 1 / 4

TMP.Nagar, Padi, Chennai - 600 050 to the vacant site available.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner submitted representation on 03.10.2025 for relocation of transformer situated in front of the petitioner's plot, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
