2.It is submitted that R2 reported dead. The legal heirs of R2 is already on record.

3.Mr.A.S.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the 4th respondent and Mr.C.Rajaguru, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3 did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.
