ORDER
The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 8(b) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS
Act 1985 in Crime No.371 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This is 2nd anticipatory bail petition. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 16.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28372 of 2025 on the following reasons:

Considering the submissions made on both sides, the fact that the petitioner has six previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."
3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
