This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 26.11.2025 made in W.P.No.46234 of 2025. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that this Court order dated 26.11.2025 made in W.P.No.46234 of 2025 issued direction to the respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries certificates to the petitioner, pursuant to which, the respondent issued certificate.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
