The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.10.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 7, 20(2) of COTPA Act and Sections 123, 62 and 275 of BNS in Crime No.591 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. This is the third successive bail application of the petitioner and the earlier bail applications of the petitioner were dismissed by this Court, vide orders dated 04.11.2025 and 28.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.Nos.29968 and 32683 of 2025 on the ground that huge quantity of contraband involved in this case and the petitioner herein has previous antecedents of similar nature.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made, the nature of offence, the previous antecedents of the petitioner herein, the fact that this petition is filed immediately on 01.12.2025, after the dismissal of the earlier bail application of the petitioner by this Court, vide order dated 28.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32683 of 2025 without any change in circumstances, hence this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application of the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 2/4
