the scheme decree in R.O.S.No.302 of 2004 dated 09.08.2004 passed by the Sub Court, Ranipet and subsequent orders passed from time to time and in future without any restrain.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioners is owned by them, based on their application, dated 25.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioners have submitted an application through on-line on 25.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if they are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioners' Page No.2 of 6
property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 2nd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) There shall be no order as to costs.
