ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to forthwith revoke the order of suspension dated 12.09.2025 issued against the Petitioners by considering and passing necessary orders on the representation of the Petitioner dated 25.11.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioners were working in the TASMAC Wine shop No.282 for more than 20 years. On 10.02.2025 when the officials of the respondent conducted a surprise inspection in the said TASMAC , the petitioners have collected excess amount for the particular liquor bottle.

Therefore, the respondent had issued an order of interim suspension against the petitioners. The petitioners have made a representation on 25.11.2025 requesting to revoke the order of suspension and the same is not considered. Hence, the writ petitions.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence. Therefore, this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
