ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to carry out appropriate correction in the revenue records as stated in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition for the properties morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, and thereafter, issue joint patta to the petitioners, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 6 to 12 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 6 to 12 is dispensed with by this Court.
3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that pursuant to the representation of the petitioners, proceedings have been initiated and he would also submit that within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, final orders will be passed by the 4th respondent, after hearing all the necessary parties, which includes the private respondents in this writ petition, namely, the respondents 6 to 12.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.
5. After recording the undertaking given by the 4th respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation seeking correction in the revenue records pertaining to the Page No.3 of 7
properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of joint patta in the name of the petitioners, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the respondents 6 to 12, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
