ORDER
The petitioner requested to issue a copy of the order passed by the Commissioner of HR & CE Department in Order 4 of 1956 dated 09.04.1956. Mr.NRR.Arun Natarajan undertook to produce a copy of the Order on 08.12.2025.
2. When I took up the matter today, Mr.Arun Natarajan had produced a photostat copy of the certified copy of the said order issued by the Office of the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment [Administration] Department dated 09.11.1973.
3. Mr.NRR.Arun Natarajan states that the Department is not disputing the veracity of the document, a copy of which he had passed across to the
counsel Mr.P.Thushar Kumar. Mr.Thushar Kumar also acknowledged the receipt of the said proceedings.
4. As the relief sought for by the petitioner has been granted by the respondent themselves by giving a copy of the proceedings, which this Court had recorded that the Department is standing by its contents, this Writ Petition is disposed of recording the same.
5.
