Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate has brought to the notice of the Court that only necessary recommendations were made by the authorities for final settlement of the bills due to the petitioner, but tin paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the order dated 05.01.2026, it has been mistakenly mentioned as " approved by the authorities".

3. This Court records the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate.
