[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the application to set aside the order passed CMP.No.17314 of in W.A.Sr.No.103164 of 2025, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the conditional order dated 13.08.2025 and restore the same.

2. In view of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 66 days in filing the above application is condoned.
