PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Reference No.E27/12733518/1/PPO No.F2733518 dated 14.11.2025 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and unsustainable and consequently, direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's lawful claim as a Class-I legal heir and dependent mother and to include and disburse to the petitioner her rightful share in the Death Gratuity and other terminal benefits of late V.Yuvaraj strictly in accordance with law. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate remedy.
