ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to grant patta to the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that she belongs to the scheduled caste community and is entitled for patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. She claims that she is in possession of the same for a long number of years. The petitioner had given a representation on 11.09.2025 to the official respondents, seeking for issuance of patta in her name. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.
3. Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 6 to 10, notice to the respondents 6 to 10 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 to 10 as well as any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 to 10 as well as any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
