No .58 dated 21.03.2018 issued by the 1st respondent consequently directing the furnish all the attendant benefits with two non compounded advance increments for Post Graduate Degree and re-fix the seniority as per the date of joining within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this honble Court. (MS). No 111 dated 25.05.2010 and GO (MS) . No .58 dated 21.03.2018 issued by the 1st respondent consequently directing the furnish all the attendant benefits with two non compounded advance increments for Post Graduate Degree and re-fix the seniority as per the date of joining within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Honble Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 11.10.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
