When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that though this petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No.172 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent police, however, the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed in Charge sheet No.55 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry.
