(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR.J.,) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 425 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Today, the matter is listed for compliance with the order of this Court dated 08.01.2026 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of IDOP No.1574 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that instead of depositing the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of IDOP No.1574 of 2021, the petitioner has directly paid the said amount into the bank account of the respondent. Considering the fact that the amount, as ordered by this Court, has been paid to the respondent, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
